  1. Boil or steam green beans, cauliflower florets, baby carrots, asparagus, and broccolini, separately, until just tender. Drain and refresh under cold water
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil, Gourmet Garden Garlic and fennel seeds in a small pan. Cook for 1 minute or until fragrant
  3. Remove pan from heat, stir in lemon juice, Gourmet Garden Oregano and season with salt and pepper
  4. Arrange vegetables and cherry tomatoes on a serving platter, drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately
