We've Cracked Easter!
White Christmas is an Australian classic. When “Christmas Crack” started trending last year, the team at Copha cleverly combined the two. We've taken it one step further and added a fun Easter twist.
Using the original Copha White Christmas Crack recipe as the base, we created three colourful topping ideas that transform the nostalgic no-bake slice into a playful Easter treat. With crunchy Salada biscuits, rich caramel and a classic Copha crackle topping, it's an easy recipe that's perfect for decorating and sharing over the long weekend.
The Classic Base - Inspired by Copha's White Christmas Crack
The beauty of this recipe is the layered texture. Salada biscuits form the crunchy base, followed by a rich caramel layer made from condensed milk and golden syrup. The slice is finished with the iconic Copha white chocolate crackle topping mixed with Rice Bubbles for that nostalgic crunch. You can get the full recipe here: White Christmas Crack
Once assembled, the slice simply sets in the fridge, making it a simple no-bake recipe that's ideal for entertaining or preparing ahead of Easter celebrations.
Easter Topping Idea 1 - Choc-Mint Easter Crackle Slice
If you love the combination of chocolate and mint, this colourful twist adds a fresh flavour to the classic crackle topping. Scatter broken pieces of Aero chocolate and peppermint-filled mini eggs over the slice, then drizzle melted white chocolate mixed with a little Copha and green food colouring to create a vibrant minty swirl.
Easter Topping Idea 2 - Mini Bunnies and Bunny Bait
This version leans into the fun of classic Easter chocolates and instantly makes the slice look festive. Decorate the crackle layer with Lindt Mini Bunnies, a bag of Bunny Bait and colourful sprinkles.
Easter Topping Idea 3 - Popping Candy with Speckled Eggs
For a bright and playful twist, mix 100g melted white chocolate with pink food colouring and drizzle over the slice. Finish with popping candy and speckled mini Easter eggs for colour and a fun crackle effect.
