Acidic and sweet, this Lemon Sherbet Drop is the perfect crowd pleasing mocktail for the summer. Made with minimal ingredients, it's the perfect drink for the next time you have guests over.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon Lakanto Icing Powder
1-2 drops orange bitters (optional)
200ml non-alcoholic Prosecco or dry sparkling wine
Method
Place lemon juice and Lakanto Icing Powder in a cocktail shaker and mix with a spoon until the icing powder dissolves. Add bitters and some ice, then shake well.
Strain the mixture into a champagne flute and top with Prosecco. Serve.
Tips & Hints
Use premium tonic water to replace the non-alcoholic wine if you wish.
