For a healthy and fresh mocktail recipe, look no further! This Fresh Fruit Soda Mocktail, made with fruits of your choice and refreshing soda water, is perfect for a hot summer's day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit of your choice (fresh or thawed)
  • 1/2 cup Lakanto Bakers Vanilla Syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 cups soda water
  • Squeeze of lemon or lime (optional)


Method

  1. Blend fruit, Lakanto Bakers Vanilla Syrup and water in a blender on medium-high speed.
  2. Using a sieve, strain mixture into a pitcher.
  3. Slowly pour the soda water into the pitcher, then stir gently.
  4. Serve over ice and add a squeeze of citrus (optional).
  5. Garnish with your choice of fruit.


Tips & Hints

  1. Prefer a still drink? Replace the soda water with regular water.
  2. This fruit soda has been tested with raspberry, strawberry, mango, pineapple or blueberry, so you can choose your favourite!
  3. Craving a little more vanilla? Add an extra splash of Lakanto Bakers Vanilla Syrup in your glass right before serving.
