Don't you just love an easy pancake recipe? With delicious chocolate and Banoffee flavours, turn your pancakes into a cake-sized stack, sure to be enjoyed by all! Added bonus, this recipe is gluten free and contains no added sugar!
Pancakes
Ingredients
1 x Shaker bottle of Lakanto Low Carb Protein Pancake Mix
Method
Make up the whole shaker following the directions - you should have approx. 5 pancakes.
Let them cool and prepare the chocolate and Caramel sauces.
Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients
60ml Lakanto Chocolate Topping
2 Tbsps Lakanto Golden Sweetener
100ml Double cream
Method
Combine all the ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to boil, let cool and set aside.
Caramel Sauce
Ingredients
60ml Lakanto Caramel Topping
2 Tbsps Lakanto Golden Sweetener
100ml Double cream

Combine all the ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to boil, let cool and set aside.
Toppings
Ingredients
¼ cup Lakanto Caramel Topping or Lakanto Golden Malt Syrup
2 fresh Bananas
¼ cup Banana chips
3 Tbsps Sugar Free Choc Chips or Cacao nibs, optional
Method
Place one pancake on the bottom of your favourite platter, place approx. 2 spoonful's of the two sauces on the pancake, pushing it over the edge of the pancake slightly, then top with slices of fresh banana. Continue until you’ve reached the top pancake.
Then drizzle some Lakanto Caramel Topping or Golden Syrup all over.
Top with banana chips or extra fresh banana, sugar free choc chips or cacao nibs. Cut into slices like a cake and enjoy!
