Containing an amazing combination of tropical fruits that are sure to raise your energy and cool you down, this vegan Mango Smoothie Bowl is the perfect, naturally sweet treat that's perfect for the summer months!

Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup Frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 ripe Banana
  • 2 tbs Lakanto Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup coconut water (alternatively use water or milk)


Method

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth, you want a fairly thick texture.


Toppings

Ingredients

  • Dragonfruit
  • Cherries
  • Granola or Muesli
  • Blood Orange
  • Hemp Seeds


Method

  1. Pour smoothie into a bowl and decorate with your chosen toppings. Serve immediately.


Tips & Hints

  1. It can help to pour the coconut water in slowly whilst blending to help achieve your desired texture. Add ice if needed.
  2. For a gluten free option, omit granola or use your favourite gluten free granola.
