Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • ½ cup 100g cream
  • 30g full fat milk
  • 35g Lakanto Baking Blend
  • 2 gelatine sheets


Method

  1. Soften the gelatine sheets in ice cold water.
  2. Remove the sheets from the water after 5 minutes. Squeeze out the water and set aside.
  3. In a small pot over a low heat bring the cream, milk and Lakanto Brown Monkfruit Sweetener to a slow simmer. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the softened gelatine into the pot until fully dissolved.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool for 10 minutes before pouring into your serving dish or glass.
  6. Set for at least 3 hours or overnight.


Toffee Sauce

Ingredients

  • 50g Lakanto Brown Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 2 tbsp Lakanto Bakers Vanilla Syrup
  • 2 tbsp double cream


Method

  1. Combine the Toffee sauce ingredients together in a small pot and bring to the boil.
  2. Allow it to cool to room temperature before serving over the chilled panna cotta.
