This smoothie is a blackberry-flavoured delight for all to enjoy! Its refreshing flavours, along with its low sugar, high fibre content, make for a delicious yet healthy drink. To help cool down this summer without sacrificing your health goals, you need to make this refreshment!

Ingredients

  • 200g or 1 punnet blackberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 3 Tbsps Lakanto Maple Flavoured Syrup
  • pinch nutmeg
  • 1/4 of fresh lemon squeezed


Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy immediately!
