Beef Soft Tacos with Chilli & Coriander

Method

Place Gourmet Garden Garlic, Coriander & Chilli in a large bowl with beef slices. Add brown sugar & cumin; mix well.
Create avocado salsa by combining avocado in a small bowl with, diced tomato & lime juice. Season with salt & pepper.
Cook beef strips in batches until cooked as desired.
Serve beef strips in warmed tortillas, with lettuce, avocado salsa, cheese, sour cream and lime wedges.
