Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 100 g fresh pineapple
  • 1 green apple, cut into quarters (use skin, seeds and stem in recipe)
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 tablespoons ground linseed (flaxseed)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons natural yoghurt
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 cup Ice


Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid. Select variable 1
  2. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to variable 10 then to high Use the tamper in the beginning to push the fruit down into the blades and blend for 30 seconds until combined and creamy
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy


Tips & Hints

  1. For a dairy free smoothie replace yoghurt with silken tofu and light coconut milk
