Tangy Redslaw

Ingredients

  • 1/4 small red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and grated (or cut with spiral cutter)
  • A heaped tbs Greek yoghurt
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1-2 tsp stevia (Natvia brand works well)


Method

  1. Blend dressing ingredients with fork or whisk and combine with cabbage and carrot.


Tips & Hints

  1. Delicious served with grilled or barbecued fish, toasted sourdough bread and a green salad
