Tangy Redslaw
Ingredients
1/4 small red cabbage, shredded
1 medium carrot, peeled and grated (or cut with spiral cutter)
A heaped tbs Greek yoghurt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1-2 tsp stevia (Natvia brand works well)
Method
Blend dressing ingredients with fork or whisk and combine with cabbage and carrot.
Tips & Hints
Delicious served with grilled or barbecued fish, toasted sourdough bread and a green salad
