Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs (or four eggwhites if you're avoiding yolks)
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup (or so) unsweetened berry fruit juice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or Juice PLUS *‘Complete’
- A dash of vanilla essence
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
