Chilled berry smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups milk or non-dairy substitute
  • 2 tbs vanilla (or Greek) yoghurt
  • 1scoop vanilla protein powder or Juice PLUS *‘Complete’
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseeds


Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process thoroughly

  1. Use a high quality protein powder or meal-replacement powder like Juice PLUS+ ‘Complete’
