Chilled berry smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
2 cups milk or non-dairy substitute
2 tbs vanilla (or Greek) yoghurt
1scoop vanilla protein powder or Juice PLUS *‘Complete’
1 tsp ground flaxseeds
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and process thoroughly

Use a high quality protein powder or meal-replacement powder like Juice PLUS+ ‘Complete’
