Warm Chocolate Pot
Ingredients
200g dark chocolate
100g unsalted butter
1/2 cup castor sugar
3 eggs
2 tablespoon of plain flour
Extra butter (to grease ramekins)
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C on traditional cooking function
Grease 5 ramekins well with butter
Place the chocolate and butter into a saucepan and melt on a very low heat If you have an induction cooktop use level 1 or 2 heat setting
In a bowl place sugar, eggs and flour and whisk until just combined
After the chocolate mixture has melted allow to cool just a little
Gradually whisk the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture
Pour into ramekins to 3/4 full
Place on a tray and put in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the ‘outside’ is cooked and the centre is soft
Serve with cream
