Warm Chocolate Pot

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup castor sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon of plain flour
  • Extra butter (to grease ramekins)


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C on traditional cooking function
  2. Grease 5 ramekins well with butter
  3. Place the chocolate and butter into a saucepan and melt on a very low heat If you have an induction cooktop use level 1 or 2 heat setting
  4. In a bowl place sugar, eggs and flour and whisk until just combined
  5. After the chocolate mixture has melted allow to cool just a little
  6. Gradually whisk the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture
  7. Pour into ramekins to 3/4 full
  8. Place on a tray and put in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the ‘outside’ is cooked and the centre is soft
  9. Serve with cream
