Fig Dark and Stormy

Ingredients

45ml White Rum
15ml Creme De Cacao
2 dried figs
25ml lemon juice
Top up with Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale

Method

Slice figs in a mixing glass and muddle
Add Rum, Creme De Cacao and lemon juice
Add ice, shake and strain into a highball
Top up with Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale

Garnish: Lemon peel
Glass: Highball
