- 100 g Greek fetta cheese, crumbed
- 1 bunch coriander, chopped
- 1/4 cup sumac (spice)
- 1 large brown onion, diced
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons ground pepper
- 16 sheets of filo pastry
- 100 g melted butter
