Soy and Avocado Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled
  • 1 long fresh red chilli, seeded, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp light soy sauce
  • Prawn crackers, to serve


Method

  1. Place the avocado, chilli, ginger and soy sauce in a medium bowl
  2. Use a fork to mash until smooth
  3. Spoon guacamole into a serving bowl
  4. Serve immediately with prawn crackers, if desired
