Soy and Avocado Guacamole
Ingredients
2 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled
1 long fresh red chilli, seeded, finely chopped
1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
2 tsp light soy sauce
Prawn crackers, to serve
Method
Place the avocado, chilli, ginger and soy sauce in a medium bowl
Use a fork to mash until smooth
Spoon guacamole into a serving bowl
Serve immediately with prawn crackers, if desired
