Raspberry & Coconut Cheesecake Tartlets
Ingredients
12 sweet pastry tartlet cases
125g Perfect Italiano Ricotta
2 tablespoons caster sugar
1 tablespoon cream
1 egg
200g punnet fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
Method
Bake tartlets cases to pack directions.
Combine Perfect Italiano Ricotta, sugar, cream and egg. Divide between pastry cases and top with raspberries and coconut.
Bake at 160°C for 10-12 minutes.
