- 250g pork mince
- 2 Tbsp. Gourmet Garden Ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Gourmet Garden Lemongrass
- 250 mL carrots, julienned
- 250 mL green onions, thinly sliced

- 4 cups beef stock, low sodium
