An easy coleslaw that can be prepared in minutes.

Crispy Sweet Slaw

Ingredients

2/3 cup mayonaise
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Parsley
1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Chives
300g finely shredded cabbage
200g finely shredded red cabbage
1 cup watercress leaves
2 apples
2 green onions
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Method

Combine mayonnaise,water, horseradish, Gourmet Garden Parsley and Gourmet Garden Chives in a large bowl
Add cabbage,red cabbage, watercress leaves and green apples
Toss salad ingredients with dressing, mixing well. Serve salad topped with green onions and walnuts if desired
