Crunchy Coriander & Ginger Noodle Salad
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1/3 cup (80ml) peanut (or vegetable) oil
- 1 tsp of Gourmet Garden Ginger
- 1 tsp of Gourmet Garden Coriander
- 1/2 small chinese cabbage, shredded finely
- 6 green onions, sliced thinly
- 2/3 cup (100g) roasted pine nuts (or slivered almonds)
- 100g packet plain fried noodles
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
