Ingredients

2 strawberries
4 basil leaves
15ml Schweppes Raspberry Cordial
15ml verjuice
Schweppes Lemon & Lime Mineral Water
Garnish: Mint sprig

Method

Add strawberries, basil leaves, Schweppes Raspberry Cordial and verjuice into a rocks glass. Muddle
Add ice, stir and top with Schweppes Lemon & Lime Mineral Water

Tips & Hints

Add a dash of cranberry-infused vodka for an adults-only twist.
