Ingredients
Seeds of 1/2 a pomegranate or shot of pomegranate juice
20ml Schweppes Lime Cordial
30ml Shot of gin
Schweppes Soda Water
Garnish: Lime Wedge
Method
Add pomegranate, lime cordial and gin into an airtight container or cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and pour into a highball glass.
Top with soda water, stir and garnish with a lime wedge
