How to make a Mojito cocktail

Mojito

Ingredients

60ml White Rum
6 mint leaves
20ml fresh lime juice
10ml sugar syrup
Schweppes Soda Water
Garnish: Mint sprig

Method

Add mint into a highball
Add White Rum, lime juice and sugar syrup
Add crushed ice and stir
Top with Schweppes Soda Water
