45ml Gin
1/2 lemon cut into wedges
Tsp powdered sugar
Schweppes Soda Water
Garnish: Lemon Wedge

Method

Muddle lemon in a highball
Add Gin and sugar
Top with Schweppes Soda Water
Build over ice
