Ingredients
- 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Chilli
- 2 tbsp reduced-fat peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 100g green beans, trimmed & halved
- 400g beef stir-fry strips
- 1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 150g snow peas, trimmed
- Steamed rice to serve
