Ingredients
- 400g pumpkin, peeled and diced
- 375g rigatoni or small dried pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 1 onion, chopped
- 300mls reduced fat cream
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 350g broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 tbsp Gourmet Garden Basil
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted & chopped
