An extra special hot chocolate dessert for that romantic special occasion. Serve with an espresso or your favourite liqueur.
Chocolate Souffles
Ingredients
75g CADBURY Dark Chocolate Melts, melted and cooled slightly
1/3 cup caster sugar
2 teaspoons flour
2 teaspoons Marsala
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 eggs, separated
Method
Combine the chocolate with the sugar, flour, Marsala and vanilla. Whisk through the yolks
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold gently through the chocolate mixture. Spoon into greased 1 cup souffle dishes
Bake in a moderately hot oven 190°C for 13-15 minutes or until well risen. Serve yummy chocolate dessert immediately
