1 1/2 cups toasted walnuts
3/4 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup CADBURY Bournville Cocoa
1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon finely grated orange rind
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon brandy
100g CADBURY White Chocolate Melts, melted
Method
Combine the walnuts, sugar, sifted flour, cocoa, bicarbonate soda, salt and spices in a food processor and pulse until the nuts are fine. Add the butter and pulse until mixture resembles breadcrumbs
Add the zest, juice and brandy and pulse until mixture begins to clump together. Shape a level tablespoon of mixture into a ball place on a greased baking tray, pressing down slightly
Repeat with remaining mixture, allowing room for spreading
Bake in a moderately slow oven 160°C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Cool on a wire rack. Drizzle with white chocolate and allow to set at room temperature before storing in an airtight container
