Smooth and mellow chocolate and coconut delight, best served warm with a dollop of cream. Yum.
Coconut Velvet Puddings
Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup CADBURY BOURNVILLE Cocoa
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup caster sugar
1 cup cream
1 cup milk
4 eggs, lightly beaten
100g butter, melted
Pure cream, for dolloping
Method
Sift together the flour and Cocoa. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into 8 x 250ml greased ramekins
Bake in a moderately slow oven 160°C for 30 minutes or until cooked. Serve warm with a dollop of cream
