Summer inspired smoothie using fresh or frozen berries and the addition of fresh goodness of Australian dairy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or seeds from 1 vanilla bean
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint


Method

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute or until thick and smooth.
  2. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
