Summer inspired smoothie using fresh or frozen berries and the addition of fresh goodness of Australian dairy.
Ingredients
2 cups milk
1 cup vanilla yoghurt
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or seeds from 1 vanilla bean
2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
Method
Blend all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute or until thick and smooth.
Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
