Green Sludge and Pond Scum Cups

Ingredients

Method

Place a snake in the bottom of each of 6 clear disposable cups. Pour over the jelly and refrigerate until set
Place the chocolate and half of the cream in a bowl over simmering water and melt. Remove from heat and cool slightly before whisking in the egg yolks
Softly whip the remaining cream and fold into the chocolate mixture
Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form and then gently fold through chocolate mixture. Spoon evenly over the jelly then top with Oreo dirt. Decorate each with a snake that has a Screme Egg in its mouth

Tips & Hints

Makes 6, Cups may be assembled ahead and refrigerated but top with 'dirt' just prior to serving
