Sweet Chilli Roast Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (175mL) Kikkoman Sweet Chilli, Ginger & Soy Marinade & Sauce
  • 3cm piece ginger, finely grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 4 chicken marylands
  • Baby salad greens, to serve


Method

  1. Place chicken in a flat, non-metallic dish. Combine first four ingredients and pour over chicken. Toss gently to coat well
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours (longer for a stronger flavour)
  3. Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place chicken and marinade in a large baking dish and bake for about 1 hour, turning chicken half way through cooking, until chicken is golden and cooked through


Tips & Hints

  1. Chicken is cooked when juices run clear when meat is pierced with a skewer at the thickest part. Substitute Kikkoman Lime, Lemongrass & Soy Marinade & Sauce.
