Place chicken in a flat, non-metallic dish. Combine first four ingredients and pour over chicken. Toss gently to coat well
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours (longer for a stronger flavour)
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place chicken and marinade in a large baking dish and bake for about 1 hour, turning chicken half way through cooking, until chicken is golden and cooked through
Tips & Hints
Chicken is cooked when juices run clear when meat is pierced with a skewer at the thickest part. Substitute Kikkoman Lime, Lemongrass & Soy Marinade & Sauce.
