Healthy, delicious and a perfect snack, supper or weekend late breakfast starter. This recipe uses the KitchenAid Artisan Diamond Blender.
Ingredients
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup light coconut milk, chilled
1 cup Greek style natural yoghurt
3 peeled ripe kiwi fruit, roughly chopped
2 teaspoons honey
Method
For best results use the KitchenAid Artisan Diamond Blender
Attach the jug to the blender. Add the ice, coconut milk, yoghurt, kiwi fruit and honey to the jug. Cover. Select the symbol for whipping and blend for 5 seconds. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately
