Vodka & Apple Iced Tea

Ingredients

1 Dilmah Ceylon Supreme teabag
50ml vodka (preferably Tasmanian)
100ml organic apple juice (preferably Tasmanian)
1/2 cup of ice
Sugar and apple to garnish

Method

Place teabag in teapot and brew for 3 minutes
Add ice, 50ml of brewed tea, apple juice and vodka to cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds
Strain into a martini cocktail glass
Garnish with sugar and sliced apple

Tips & Hints

Where Dilmah Ceylon Supreme is not available use Dilmah English Breakfast brewed strong (5 minutes).
