BBQ Chicken Sandwich with Swiss Cheese

Ingredients

1 COBS Country Grain Loaf, sliced for sandwiches
1 Rotisserie Chicken
4 slices Swiss Cheese
4 Tbsp Tomato Relish
1 cup Fresh Dill, finely chopped
2 cups Rocket

Method

Take two slices per person of COBS Country Grain Loaf and sandwich together a filling of sliced Rotisserie Chicken breast, Swiss cheese, tomato relish, freshly chopped dill and rocket leaves
