Lamb is a great Aussie dish. Try it on Chia Omega-3 Rolls to make it healthier.
Lamb Burger
Ingredients
4 Chia Omega-3 Rolls
500g minced lamb
3 tbsp tomato sauce
ΒΌ cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 medium onion, finely diced
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Salt & pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil
Method
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together well (except the oil) and form 4 patties.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan or prepare your grill.
Fry or grill the burgers until cooked through. Sprinkle with a little more salt & pepper, if desired.
To Serve:
Ingredients
4 tbsp mayonnaise (to taste)
4 tbsp tomato chutney (to taste)
4 cheese slices
1 cup mixed salad greens
Method
To serve cut the rolls in half and spread with mayonnaise, top with mixed greens and cheese, place a burger on each and top with tomato chutney.
