Lamb is a great Aussie dish. Try it on Chia Omega-3 Rolls to make it healthier.

Lamb Burger

Ingredients

  • 4 Chia Omega-3 Rolls
  • 500g minced lamb
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • ΒΌ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Method

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together well (except the oil) and form 4 patties.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or prepare your grill.
  3. Fry or grill the burgers until cooked through. Sprinkle with a little more salt & pepper, if desired.


To Serve:

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise (to taste)
  • 4 tbsp tomato chutney (to taste)
  • 4 cheese slices
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens


Method

  1. To serve cut the rolls in half and spread with mayonnaise, top with mixed greens and cheese, place a burger on each and top with tomato chutney.
