Ingredients
- Chia Omega-3 Block Loaf (White or Wholemeal)
- 1 cup sauteed spinach leaves
- 4 pan fried or roasted tomatoes
- 4 thick slices of ham
- 4 pieces of Chia Omega-3 Bread
- Butter (for toast)
- 4 eggs
- A few fresh herbs (optional)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
