Salt Pepper Quail Breast Skewers with Aioli and Charred Lime Cheeks
Ingredients
- 1 Pkt Quail Breasts
- 1 Pkt Bamboo skewers
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 heaped teaspoon Chinese 5 spice
- 5 tsp cornflour (if you want to make this recipe gluten free use make sure you buy un wheaten cornflour)
- 2 Litres of peanut oil for frying
- 200ml mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 lime (cut the cheeks of so there are 2)
