Preheat oven to 180°C and bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente then drain well.
Heat the butter in a pan over a medium heat, add oregano and cooked macaroni. Stir through half of the Perfect Italiano Perfect Bakes cheese until melted and season with salt and pepper.
Pour into a baking dish then sprinkle over the remaining Perfect Italiano Perfect Bakes cheese and bake in oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to rest for a few minutes, then serve.
Tips & Hints
For a variation on this classic, add a lightly beaten egg, 250g of Perfect Italiano Ricotta and shredded ham in step 2.
