- 250g pumpkin, thinly sliced
- Splash of olive oil
- 15g pine nuts
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 2/3 cups (150 g) Perfect Italiano Perfect Pizza cheese
- Handful of fresh sage leaves, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Perfect Italiano Ricotta
- Salt & black pepper
