- 600g chicken thigh fillet, diced
- Cracked pepper, to taste
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons sake
- 6 tablespoons mirin
- 4 tablespoons caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red capsicum, diced
- 1 green capsicum, diced
- 4 tablespoons Gourmet Garden Chunky Garlic
- 1-2 teaspoons Gourmet Garden Mild Chilli
- 2 cups long grain rice
