Ingredients
- 1kg chicken thigh, diced into 3cm cubes
- 50g curry powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4-5 medium sized potatoes, quartered
- 2 teaspoons Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Gourmet Garden Ginger
- 2 teaspoons Gourmet Garden Lemon Grass
- 2 tablespoons Gourmet Garden Mild Chilli
- 1 x 400ml can coconut cream
- 3 kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced
- 2 cups long grain rice
