Blueberry, banana and tofu combined with Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite to make a quick and easy vegan smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup silken tofu
  • 100g fresh blueberries


Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth
  2. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately
