A delicious and easy breakfast smoothie thats gluten free too!

Ingredients

  • 170g low fat gluten free vanilla yoghurt
  • 1-2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Process until well combined
  2. Pour into chilled glasses and serve
