A delicious and easy breakfast smoothie thats gluten free too!
Ingredients
170g low fat gluten free vanilla yoghurt
1-2 tsp honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender. Process until well combined
Pour into chilled glasses and serve
