Ham & Chive Quiches
Ingredients
6 ham rounds
6 eggs
1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Chives
1 cup grated cheese
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C
Line large non stick muffin cases with ham rounds
In a small bowl beat eggs and Gourmet Garden Chives and season with sea salt and pepper. Pouring into ham lined muffin cases and sprinkle evenly with cheese
Bake for 20 minutes or until set
Tips & Hints
You could also make Salmon and Dill quiches by substituting leftover salmon and Gourmet Garden Dill
