San choy bow recipe with pork

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 600g pork mince
  • 4 green onions, finely sliced, plus extra, to serve
  • 1 large carrot, finely diced
  • 1 x 200g packet Passage to Asia Honey Soy Stir-Fry Sauce
  • 227g can water chestnuts, drained and finely diced
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 large iceberg lettuce


Method

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over a high heat
  2. Add mince, green onions and carrot and cook until mince is brown, stirring constantly to break up mince
  3. Add Stir-Fry Sauce and water chestnuts. Stir-fry constantly for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in sesame oil
  4. Remove core from lettuce and separate leaves. Spoon in pork mixture and garnished with extra green onion


Tips & Hints

  1. Use chicken mince in place of pork mince
