425g can chunk-style tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
1/2 cup pitted black olives
1 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves
2 cups baby rocket
1 small lemon
Method
Cook pasta, as directed on pack
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large, deep sided frying pan over a medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and cook 1 minute longer
Add Pasta Sauce, chilli flakes, tuna, olives and basil to pan and stir until warmed through
Drain pasta and add to tuna mixture. Stir to combine. Divide between 4 bowls. Top with rocket and drizzle with a little extra olive oil and lemon juice
