Spicy tuna pasta

Ingredients

  • 350g fusilli (spiral) pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus extra to drizzle
  • 1 brown onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 375g packet Passage to Italy Marinara Pasta Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
  • 425g can chunk-style tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cups baby rocket
  • 1 small lemon


Method

  1. Cook pasta, as directed on pack
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large, deep sided frying pan over a medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and cook 1 minute longer
  3. Add Pasta Sauce, chilli flakes, tuna, olives and basil to pan and stir until warmed through
  4. Drain pasta and add to tuna mixture. Stir to combine. Divide between 4 bowls. Top with rocket and drizzle with a little extra olive oil and lemon juice


Tips & Hints

  1. You can use penne in place of fusilli
