Scallops with Creamy Garlic and Chilli

Ingredients

  • 250 ml PHILADELPHIA Light Cream For Cooking
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Perfect Melt 3 Cheese Blend
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 small red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 small green chilli, finely chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Rock salt
  • 12 scallops on the shell, loosened from shell
  • Watercress, for garnish


Method

  1. Combine the PHILLY, cheese, garlic, chilli and salt
  2. Cover a baking tray with a layer of rock salt. Arrange the scallops (on their shells) on top of the salt. Spoon 1 tablespoon of PHILLY mixture onto each scallop
  3. Bake in a hot oven 200°C for 10 minutes or until the scallops are just cooked. Place onto a serving plates or a platter and garnish with watercress. Serve immediately
