If you love a Daiquiri and the very sophisticated drink of the ‘thirty somethings’ the Cosmopolitan…. then this frozen delight will be considered heaven in a cocktail glass. This recipe uses the KitchenAid Artisan Diamond Blender.
Ingredients
10 ice cubes
180 ml cranberry juice
60 ml citrus flavoured vodka
35 ml Triple Sec or other orange liqueur
Good dash (about 2tsp) lime juice
Method
For best results use the KitchenAid Artisan Diamond Blende
Place the ice in the glass jar with a little of the cranberry juice and cover. Select the symbol for ice-crushing on the pad, process until the ice is roughly chopped
Add the remaining ingredients, cover and select the liquefy pad. Process to desired consistency
Serve immediately with a twist of lime in chilled cocktail glasses
